Horizontally installed board - EIFS

careful analysis of this photo will lead to the discovery that at least one
expanded polystyrene board has been installed in horizontal position. The
flutes creating the ventilation-drainage interlayer behind the board no longer play their function .
The board adheres to the substrate only by a few spots,
because of the rough wall surface.
