This photo shows the connection between a corner vertical mullion and two
horizontal mullions. The shear block connections are
misplaced. Thin glass gasket and glass will create a gap, because the glass
receptor surfaces are misaligned
These gaps would definitely constitute a future leak origin.

This deficiency I have tracked the next day after installation and I pointed
it out to the installer, off the record. He assured me this will be remedied
shortly. I waited one week to no avail. Another week later I decided to write the report -
without any response, as usually.
Only the angry owner's representative's visit
on the construction sitemade a trick few months later. The curtain wall
installation has been very advanced at this moment, so it took lots of time
and effort to fix this relatively simple defect.
